"Platform"
The ArbiByte website, mobile applications, and all related services and features
"User"
Any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Platform
"Services"
All cryptocurrency arbitrage, trading, and related services offered through our Platform
"Arbitrage Bot"
Our automated trading system that identifies and executes arbitrage opportunities
3. Use of Services
Eligibility Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- You must not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You must comply with our Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
Account Responsibilities
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach
- Each person may only maintain one account
- Enable two-factor authentication for enhanced security
API Key Management
- Keep your exchange API keys secure and confidential
- Only grant trading permissions, never withdrawal permissions
- Regularly rotate your API keys for security
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Platform to:
- Engage in any illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Harm, disable, or overburden our systems
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Manipulate or interfere with the Platform's operation
- Attempt unauthorized access to any accounts or systems
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
- Engage in market manipulation or wash trading
- Use automated scripts to abuse the Platform
- Provide false or misleading information
5. Trading and Financial Services
Risk Warning
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial condition.

- Technical failures or system outages
- Lack of liquidity in certain markets
- Changes in regulatory environment
Trading Terms
- We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice
- All trades are executed at your own risk
- Commission fees apply to successful arbitrage trades
- Market availability depends on exchange connectivity
- Trade execution is not guaranteed
- Slippage may occur during trade execution
6. Fees and Payment

7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of ArbiByte and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our property includes:
- Proprietary trading algorithms and strategies
- User interface designs and layouts
- Logos, trademarks, and brand elements
- Documentation and educational materials
- Source code and technical implementations
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARBIBYTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
- Trading losses or missed opportunities
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Errors in trade execution
- Third-party service failures
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArbiByte, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
Grounds for immediate termination include:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Engagement in illegal activities
- Fraudulent or suspicious behavior
- Posing a risk to other users or the Platform
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
